New trip with 'Rejseklubben', this time to Dublin, Ireland. We had booked our room at 'Ripley Court Hotel', a nice hotel in the center of Dublin. We went to visit two whisky distillerys, 'Jameson' and 'Teeling', both worth a visit, if you are going to Dublin. Also the 'Irish Whiskey Museum' is worth a visit. The area around Temple Bar in Dublin, is a pub area, with live irish folk music every evening, fantastic experience. Also we went to visit the 'Guinness Brewery', where both of us was a bit disappointed. If you ever go to Dublin, take the red 'Hop-On-Hop-Off' bus, but make sure your bus driver is 'Declan', he told so much about Dublin, and sang a few songs on the way. Really nice. |
